Burak dough

Ingredients
2 cups of milk
 2 egg whites
 2 tablespoons big yeast bread
2 tablespoons of sugar
 A cup of oil
 White flour 
 salt

Padding
Chopped onion
 Cook up a clip

 . Tuna

How to prepare
In a bowl, put the yeast + sugar + warm milk + egg whites + good mixing + oil + white flour + salt + mixing until we get a soft dough. Let it rest
In a skillet, put onions + chard + salt + black pepper + mix until cooked + tuna.
We divide the dough into 4 sections. Dissolve the first portion well, grease it with butter, then wrap it. We solve it as a rectangle, put the filling in it, then close it.
We put it in the oven tray. Paint it with eggs, then put it in the oven
